Essie's Holiday 2011 Luxeffects Collection

Continuing with the second part of my newest video is a review on Essie's Luxeffects! Essie rarely makes textured, glitter or flakies polishes & they surprised us all with their Holiday 2011 Luxeffects Collection! Luxeffects consists of 5, meant to be, topcoats with all different textures in a clear base. These shades are meant to be worn over your favorite polish to create a unique finish. This collection consists of 2 glitter polishes & 3 flakies polishes. They have a thick, gummy texture which all cause for a different application. One coat will give you a light, more sporadic finish. Two coats will begin to cover and three coats will give you an ultra, layered, covered look. Super fun collection.
